Meta Human Trance Orchestra flips the euphoria of hyperpop and trance into its opposite: pitched-down live vocals, slow BPMs, and hand-played grooves carrying intimate, anti-euphoric lyrics. Rooted in club and internet music but stripped to human performance, it imagines a mortal sibling of trance and hyperpop, a melancholic celebration of loneliness, nostalgia, and fragile emotion in dark times.
